Trevor H. Sparks is an associate with Braden, Hinchcliffe & Hawley, practicing in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Sparks concentrates his practice in construction defect litigation with additional experience in the following areas: Trusts and Estates, Real Estate Law, and Landlord-Tenant Relations.

Mr. Sparks’case-handling experience includes conducting extensive research and electronic document review, taking depositions, drafting pleadings and performing discovery. His expertise extends into such areas as copyright, trademark, multi-media and telecommunications. He has also put his investigative and strategic skills to work in regards to such varied issues as licensing, gambling and DUI legalities.

Mr. Sparks received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington, and earned a law degree from the University of California’s Hastings College of Law. He is a member of the California Bar Association and is admitted to practice in California.
