Firm Profile - About the Firm
Dale, Braden & Hinchcliffe was established in 1989. Our team of attorneys practices in the firm's offices throughout California
What makes the firm unique?
Our firm has established a strong foundation based on placing the clients’ needs first. As we grow, we continue to build solid one-on-one relationships with our clients, while increasing our resources to offer even more diversity in legal services.
What is the firm’s hiring philosophy?
Historically, we have hired attorneys with significant professional pre-law experience. We look not only look for strong legal skills but also seek attorneys who demonstrate a pragmatic attitude and enjoy the learning process of being an attorney. Our other support professionals are hired following similar criteria and we look for those who share our passion for providing excellent service.
How are cases staffed?
Each office has a Client Liaison responsible for the intake of cases. Regardless of the attorney assigned to the case, all case acceptance and acknowledgment is conducted centrally within each office by the same individual. As soon as a case arrives at the firm, it is reviewed and assigned to an attorney. At this point, the Client Liaison determines if any immediate steps need to be taken to protect the client and conducts an initial case evaluation for conflict avoidance. The Client Liaison and Legal Administrators in each office are always available to assist with case status matters.
What is the firm’s quality assurance program?
Quality assurance involves training and supervision. All personnel, including attorneys, undergo continuing education and training to enhance practical legal skills and technical competence in the industries we represent. To ensure quality case handling, Practice Directors for each major department supervise the attorneys in their practice and critique all case status reports before they are sent to our clients. Each of our offices are staffed with an experienced Legal Administrator who checks for consistency in our work product. Finally, our Litigation/Trial Director and Managing Partner both review all status reports and upcoming trial matters. We do not charge clients for this program.
What is the firm’s communication policy?
Frequent and timely communication is at the core of our practice. Our policy dictates that phone calls, email and faxes are responded to within the same day. Standard reporting schedules to our clients are issued every sixty days, unless requested otherwise. Major case decisions are discussed with everyone involved on the litigation team and any significant case development is reported to our clients immediately. More importantly, we listen to our clients.
Where are your offices located?
The firm has offices in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Ventura. We serve all of California from these offices.
