Heather Coleman is a senior associate with Braden, Hinchcliffe & Hawley, practicing in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Coleman concentrates her practice in construction defect litigation with additional experience in Civil Litigation, Business Law, Medical Malpractice, and Personal Injury.
Ms. Coleman is well versed in all phases of case handling, including conducting extensive research, taking depositions, drafting pleadings and performing discovery. Her experience extends to negotiating and drafting partnership, operating, and limited liability agreements.
Ms. Coleman has extensive experience in motion picture business affairs, having worked at a major talent agency where she facilitated the negotiation of above-the-line talent contracts and drafted and revised non-disclosure agreements and clip licensing.
Ms. Coleman received her bachelor’s degree in law and society from UC Santa Barbara. While earning her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law, she was a member of the Interscholastic Trial Advocacy Program and received the Tom Bradley Scholarship. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
Ms. Coleman is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
