Gary Charles is a partner practicing in Braden, Hinchcliffe & Hawley’s Los Angeles office. His primary area of concentration is complex civil litigation.
As an attorney, Mr. Charles has considerable experience that spans accounting, taxation, the construction industry and engineering professions. He is also well-versed in claims management, risk management and alternative dispute resolution. His strong skills in transactional analysis are a product of extensive experience in the drafting and negotiating of contracts, risk management philosophy, and practice in accountancy, income taxation and financial statement analysis as a C.P.A.
Mr. Charles has additional experience in the following areas of law: Fee Collections, Payment Claims, Professional Liability, and Taxation.
Mr. Charles earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northeastern Illinois University. He studied accountancy at DePaul University’s College of Commerce. He earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School.
Mr. Charles is admitted to the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Central District of California and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
